** Job Description ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time
** Medical Receptionist
** for our
** Astoria
* * office location.
** Hourly:** $21/hr
** Job Duties
*** Scheduling patient appointments
* Assisting incoming patients
* Verifying insurance coverage
* Entering patient demographics into the computer
* Pulling and filing medical charts
* Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help
** Job Requirements
*** Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Next Gen a plus.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
** Required schedule
*** Monday: 11:30am-8:00pm
* Tuesday: 11:30am-8:00pm
* Wednesday: 11:30am-8:00pm
* Thursday: 11:30am-8:00pm
* Saturday: 7:30am-4:00pm
