Qualifications include:- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License and licenses in applicable states
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Optional specialized training or experience based on department needs
