We are currently hiring for a full time guest services associate. This role also includes light barista/bar duties and valeting guests cars.
Join the team at Bowline Hotel where hospitality meets purpose! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, delivers excellent customer service, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift.
Duties & Responsibilities- Greet and check guests in and out
- Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages
- Answer phones and assist with online, phone, and walk‑in reservations
- Monitor and respond to guests through Akia
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues and find improvement areas to the guest experience.
- Process payments for hotel rooms, restaurant orders, and retail
- Valet guests vehicles
- Assist the bartender with serving
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

- Food Handler’s Permit on first day
- OLCC Permit on first day
- Hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Must be extremely reliable
- Weekend AM/PM availability is required
- Responsible and detail‑oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- Patience and problem‑solving skills are necessary to effectively do this job
