Job Summary We are currently hiring for a part time overnight guest services associate (11 PM – 7 AM), with a focus on guest services and laundry duties. There is potential for additional non-overnight shifts during peak season. This role also includes light barista/ bar duties.

Duties + Responsibilities
  • Greet and check guests in and out
  • Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages
  • Answer phones and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations
  • Monitor and respond to guests though Akia
  • Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues and find improvement areas to the guest experience.
  • Process payments for hotel rooms, restaurant orders, and retail
  • Laundry as needed
  • Sweep/mop lobby and restaurant
  • Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications
  • Hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be extremely reliable
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Patience and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively do this job
