Job Summary We are currently hiring for a full time guest services associate. This role also includes light barista/ bar duties and valeting guests cars.

Duties + ResponsibilitiesGreet and check guests in and out
Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages
Answer phones and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations
Monitor and respond to guests though Akia
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues and find improvement areas to the guest experience.
Process payments in computer systems for hotel rooms, restaurant orders, and retail
Valet Guests vehicles
Assist the bartender with serving
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

QualificationsFood Handler’s Permit on first day
OLCC Permit on first day
Hotel or customer service experience preferred
Must be extremely reliable
Weekend AM/PM availability is required
Responsible and detail-oriented
Flexible and adaptable to changes
Patience and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively do this job
