The Materials Management Manager is responsible for procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and services; maintaining inventory control; containing costs of inventory; asset management; forms management; courier services; conducting specialized projects; and supervising the Materials/Purchasing Department. The position reports directly to the Director of Finance and maintains a close working relationship with all managers.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strongly Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Three years managing a supply chain team, of which at least two years in health care.

Position involves standing, walking, stooping, and occasional carrying and lifting of lightweight materials (up to 20 pounds). May require sitting for extended periods. Requires visual acuity, depth perception, hand and finger dexterity, and hand/eye coordination to use a computer keyboard and common office equipment.
