POSITION SUMMARY

The schedules that we are hiring for this position are:
Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm or until work is completed.
Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm or until work is completed.
Monday-Friday 9:00pm-5:30am (3rd Shift) or until work is completed.
Rotating half-day Saturdays dependent on business needs.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Be on the move, willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call as business needs require.
- Perform other job-related tasks and follow any job-related instructions given by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment with steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline is required;
all equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may include exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, automotive parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience or related experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment safely.
- Adherence to all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC).
