Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is looking for an experienced Cardiology Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our non-invasive cardiology outpatient clinic located in Astoria, Oregon.

Our cardiology team provides comprehensive cardiology care throughout the region at our Astoria and Seaside clinic locations, providing care for a wide range of cardiac issues. We offer a full range of heart health services and procedures and administer heart disease prevention programs including a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program. With support from excellent clinical staff, you will have the opportunity to be actively involved with specialized programs focused on devices (pacemakers, ICD’s, and remote monitoring) and anticoagulation.

Required Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Associate Nurse Practitioner training program.
  • Ability to obtain Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner license for the State of Oregon.
  • DEA
  • ACLS certification required through the American Heart Association.
  • Must be successfully credentialed by the CMH Professional Staff.
  • Preferably two or more years of clinical PA or NP experience.
