This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Astoria, Oregon. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a variety of medical conditions. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, prescribing treatments, managing diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and hands-on care
• Expertise in conducting physical exams, maintaining patient records, and prescribing medications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with a healthcare team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon and active DEA registration
• Experience in urgent care or primary care settings is highly desirable
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Commitment to patient-focused care and adherence to ethical medical practices
