Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our pediatric practice in Astoria, Oregon. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with CMH you will have collaborative outpatient practice.

Practice Details
  • Care for newborns through teens, in an outpatient setting.
  • A four-day work week with dedicated administrative time.
  • Full benefits including retirement with employer matching.
  • Approved loan repayment site.
License/Certification
  • Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
  • Licensed to practice by Oregon State Board of Nursing in the expanded role.
  • ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
  • Must be credentialed by CMH Professional Staff Department.
Education And/or Experience
  • RN, BSN, Master of Science Degree from an NLN accredited graduate program.
  • Two or more years experience in the expanded role, preferably in Pediatric Department setting.
