Crimson Blu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Astoria, OR to perform residential property inspections on a flexible schedule. The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor who travels to properties, conducts exterior inspections (and occasional interior), and uses a mobile app to document findings.
You set your own hours, build your own route, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis; typical work window is 8am–sunset, Monday–Saturday.
