- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation equipment
- Perform high-quality installations safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical diagrams
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain accurate job documentation including materials used and work completed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Light commercial experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, heat pumps, gas piping, tankless water heaters, and basic electrical
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification required; OSHA 10 preferred
- Washington O6A license is a major plus
- Take pride in clean, organized, high-quality installs
