We’re growing and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean installs, solving problems in the field, and being part of a dependable, team-oriented company.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation equipment
• Perform high-quality installations safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical diagrams
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain accurate job documentation including materials used and work completed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Light commercial experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, heat pumps, gas piping, tankless water heaters, and basic electrical
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification required; OSHA 10 preferred
• Washington O6A license is a major plus
