Title:
School Bus Driver

• 1. High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Oregon School bus driver license.
• Able to pass physical examination and submit to drug and alcohol screening.
• Demonstrate ability to drive school bus
• Demonstrate ability to get along with children and maintain discipline
• Hold first-aid card
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work harmoniously with other employees
• Neat appearance

Reports To: Transportation Supervisor

Supervises: None

Job Goal: To safely drive school bus as assigned

• 1. Drive bus in accordance with Oregon laws and district regulations
• Cleans and maintains bus as required
• Attends classes as required
• Assists bus supervisor as required
• Maintain confidentiality in all phases of work
• Other duties as assigned

Contract: As contract agreement between OSEA and the Board

Evaluation: As determined by contract, district policy and regulations.
