The Warehouse Clerk at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Warehouse team supporting efforts to maintain operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance. This position involves performing data entry, warehouse receiving, and basic inventory duties. It is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and can work effectively as part of a team.

• Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Follow procedures and work in compliance with established safe working practices.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, restocking, and packing.
  • Communicate packaging and supply needs to Purchasing Specialist.
  • Monthly inventory functions.
  • Weekly cycle counting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and work as a team across multiple departments.
  • Ability to keep work areas clean, organized, and orderly.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.

• Required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Basic computer skills
• Preferred
  • One year of related experience and/or training
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Previous warehouse experience

• Sedentary work, walking and standing are required only occasionally.
• Reaching. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
• Fingering. Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
• Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound.
• Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Office, as well as warehouse environment.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
• Plant exposure to wet, cold, and/or humid temperatures.
• Standard office equipment and heavy machinery.
