We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead field safety initiatives supporting the installation of architectural glass and glazing systems. This is a direct-hire W-2 opportunity offering a competitive six-figure salary, a comprehensive benefits package, a consistent 40-hour workweek, and 100% coverage of company-related travel expenses.

The Safety Manager Will Support Operations Involving
- Curtain wall systems
- Storefront systems and doors
- Commercial windows
- Skylights
- Office glass partitions
- Heavy glass entry systems
- Architectural glass and glazing installations
- Lead and administer the company's jobsite safety program
- Conduct field inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee training
- Monitor compliance with OSHA requirements and established company procedures
- Partner with project leadership, supervisors, field employees, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices
- Review job hazard analyses and site-specific safety plans
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and training documentation
- Provide hands-on coaching to strengthen safety awareness and accountability in the field
- OSHA 500
- 5-10 years of relevant construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
- Demonstrated experience leading field safety programs and working directly with construction crews
- Strong communication, training, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required for company-related business
Salary: $110000 - $125000 per year
