Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct support and behavioral intervention services to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. The Behavior Technician will work closely with students, academic staff, and BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, promote skill development, and support positive behavioral outcomes in a school setting.
