Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

• Support the team with coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support business development efforts
• Assist with special projects as needed to support the overall business objectives
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
