• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience motivating a team to meet shared goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate the store manager’s directions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Capacity for frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of retail practices to keep operations running smoothly.
• Team‑player mindset, encouraging associates to achieve goals together.
• Positive attitude while managing multiple tasks per the store manager’s plan.
• Skilled at mentoring and training associates.
