Bilingual Teller Retail Banker

About the Role

Retail Bankers are the face of the organization and are critical in caring for customers each day. You will be trained to engage and enhance the customer’s experience by offering products and services that best meet their needs.

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with training.

• Minimum qualifications:
  
  3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; or an associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; or a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in‑store banking experience preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Full‑time position. No supervisory responsibilities. Little to no overnight travel expected; occasional coverage of nearby branch locations within 45 miles.

Working conditions include standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or brief sitting, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
