Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time
Atchison, KS
Our agency opened in 2014 and continues to grow as we look to expand our team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as a professional umpire and later worked with several insurance agents, gaining valuable experience before starting my own agency. I’m a graduate of Kansas State University and a proud parent of five daughters and grandparent to six.
Family is a big part of my life, and that carries into how I build and support our team. We stay involved in the community by supporting local causes and donating to golf tournaments and events around town. For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, health benefits, a Simple IRA, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work‑life balance.
Our office culture is supportive, team‑oriented, and built on trust. I’m not a micromanager—I believe in giving people ownership of their role while supporting each other along the way. We’re looking for someone who is self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a true team player who wants to grow and succeed with us.
Seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, you are invited to join us.
