Compensation: $21/hr and up

Days/

Hours:

1st shift, 7 am-3 pm, Monday‑Friday with ample overtime and weekends.

Equipment Used:
Various grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs.

Material Handled:
Bulk commodities — wheat, corn, soybeans, etc.

The duties of this hands‑on job include grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members. Grain Elevator Operators will be cross‑trained to perform a variety of tasks.

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Must read, write, understand, and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English for safety reasons
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety‑conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Job can be physically strenuous
• Expected to work in tight and confined spaces
• Will work at heights
• Must frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
• Must ascend/descend ladders
• Must wear PPE
