Lodge Operations Manager Catering

Athabasca Catering Limited Partnership seeks a Hotel/Lodge Manager to lead operations at a northern mine site in Prince Albert. Drive efficient service delivery while managing budgets and compliance.

As a full-time Lodge Manager, you will oversee essential support services, from front desk duties to food service and housekeeping. This role requires a strong management background, adept in maintaining effective relationships, monitoring staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations.

Experience with financial data analysis is crucial for managing budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site departments' operations and compliance

• Monitor and control departmental budgets effectively

• Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and budget

• Review staffing schedules and flight manifests

• Approve submitted timesheets to head office

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ management experience in service sectors

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with good record

• Ability to clear drug and alcohol tests

• Safe Food Handling certificate preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
