The City of Athens is seeking a dispatcher to receive customer complaints, prepare work orders, and dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency calls.
Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating with field crews via two-way radios, maintaining tickets, and relaying information to contractors and other departments. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and relevant experience are required.
