Athens State University

Job Duties: Athens State University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions. These positions are part‐time, non‑tenured, teaching one to two undergraduate classes per semester. Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required. Must hold a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline. Payment is based on a per‑course fee as determined by the University.

Payment is based on a per‑course fee; no benefits are offered for this temporary position.

Special Instructions to Applicants: Must submit unofficial transcripts from an institution certifying the mandatory qualifications. Upon offer of employment, obligate submission of official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Continued employment is contingent upon receipt of these transcripts.
