Job Goal:
Assist the District Grant Writer in the management and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the district's 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) Programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education required, Master's Degree in Educational Administration preferred.
- Three years experience as classroom teacher required.
- Prior experience in supervising an after school program required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals of diverse cultural/ethnic backgrounds.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands to finger, to handle, or feel objects, equipment, or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, crouch and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift, push, pull carry and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include near vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus with or without corrective lenses. Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
