• Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest hotel standards.
• Making beds, changing linens, replacing towels, and restocking guest amenities to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing rooms and common areas with precision and care.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Reporting maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards to maintain a safe and smooth‑running property.
• Operating housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively.
• Keeping housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Following cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure rooms are guest‑ready on schedule.
• Taking pride in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and hospitality.

• Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 pounds throughout your shift.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
