As our Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborating with other team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
