Quality Control Inspector
Morgan Metals Inc – Athens, AL
$16–$22 per hour | Full-Time | Overtime Available
Morgan Metals Inc is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to support our growing metal manufacturing operations in Athens, AL. If you have experience inspecting parts in a production environment and take pride in accuracy and quality, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:- Pay: $16–$22 per hour
- Benefits:
Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, PTO, Holidays - Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
- Weekends as needed (overtime opportunities)
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify non-conformances and communicate with production teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:- Previous quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
