We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Seat Assembly Technicians in the Athens area. In this role, you will safely assemble high-quality automotive seating components while meeting production schedules. We offer stable hours, a supportive team environment, and competitive weekly pay. Both 1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities are currently available, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle.

Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends and overtime as production demands require. Compensation 1st Shift: $17.90 per hour 2nd Shift: $19.40 per hour Overtime pay applies to hours worked beyond the standard work week.

Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as required. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 35 lbs] throughout the shift. Reliable transportation to the Athens area. Strong work ethic and commitment to punctual attendance. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
