Registered Nurses PRN

Location:
30 Miles from Athens
Pay: $36 Hour Based on Experience

Per Diem (PRN) / Morning shift / Evening shift / Night shift
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and condition updates.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) certification in the state of Alabama
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to providing patient-centered care.
