Full‑time position in the Hospice of North Alabama. Where? Decatur, AL (Coverage area: Limestone County).
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 8am‑5pm.

Responsibilities- Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
- Create hospice care plans that align with the patients’ wishes and goals
- Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
- Provide pain and symptom management
- Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required by local branch
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation
- One year of nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle that is insured per state requirements and in good working order
