Food City - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Starbucks Manager in the overall daily operations of the Starbucks department under supervision and direction of the Store Manager;
Manage Starbucks department and associates to maximize sales and profitability by controlling product loss and promoting sales;
Provide exceptional service for customers through managing and communicating expectations for customer service with all associates, recruiting and selecting quality associates, and planning adequate coverage through scheduling;
Merchandise Starbucks department on a regular, daily basis per plan-o-grams and maintain a clean department according to company standards;
Engage in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training of all new Bakery/Deli associates to ensure the Best Team in Town
