Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Athens, AL
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and ensure department responsibilities and standards are met;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments to maintain profitability and exceptional service;
Promote and sell services and merchandise; uphold all company policies and procedures; protect assets and internal controls; communicate inventory movement and customer trends to the Store Manager;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store, including during peak periods
