- Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs;
Support store operations and sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
