We are looking for a new car manager with a proven track record, but professionalism, honesty and integrity are equally important.

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team with a focus on customer service and obtaining objectives.

As a key member of our management team, you must be personable, highly motivated, and driven to exceed expectations related to customer service and business development.

The ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

• Assisting sales consultants in closing deals
• Forecasting goals and projecting levels of productivity
• Providing and inspiring customer service excellence
• Administering and monitoring factory-sponsored programs
• Managing staff members and mentoring new consultants
• Driving business growth through day-to-day involvement
• Developing action plans and implementing measurable performance goals
• Must have sales management and finance experience in the automotive industry
• GM Dealership is a plus, but not required

Experience, education and prior sales training is a MUST.
