The City of Athens is seeking a Gas Service Installer II to ensure safe and compliant installation, maintenance, and testing of gas distribution systems. You will dig trenches, install and replace gas lines, weld fittings, and perform leak surveys.
Minimum qualifications include 18+, HS Diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, and Journeyman certifications. Apprenticeship or 1–2 years in a similar role is preferred; the City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
