HVAC Installer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of HVAC installation projects
- Perform calculations, measurements, and fabrications to ensure proper fit and operation of HVAC systems
- Assemble and install HVAC systems, including air handlers, ductwork, compressors, and other components
- Conduct necessary tests and assessments to determine system performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing recommendations and performing necessary repairs
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both team members and customers
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and customer interactions
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in HVAC installation preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local and national HVAC codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as necessary
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces as required Compensation and Benefits:
