Student Operations Intern - Dining Services
Department: Auxiliary Central Storage
Location: Athens Area
Employment Type: Employee
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday; schedule accommodates class commitments.
Responsibilities- Daily invoice reconciliation: accurately enter and maintain daily invoicing data in Food Pro.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of system data across multiple dining units.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or irregularities in system entries.
- Verify accuracy of entered invoice data and correct as necessary; reconcile invoice amounts with Auxiliary Accounts Payable reporting.
- Other systems‑related work as assigned by management.
- Learn key components of Food Pro to help maintain system accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in special projects when required.
- Assist with dining commons menu maintenance or inventory counts as needed.
