Employee – Full Time

Individual will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and be responsible for non student billings, daily, monthly, quarterly and year end reconciliations and reporting, documentation of procedures, aging reporting for student receivables and other campus units.

• Daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliations and reporting for the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Billing (working with aging reports) for non-student receivables as well as past due student receivables, including write-offs for campus.
• Documentation of departmental procedures related to reporting and reconciliations for the A/R department.
• Other projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent, and 2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous People Soft and Banner experience.
• Previous reconciliation and reporting experience.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

Sit for long periods of time. Light lifting.
