** Job Description
** The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for handling financial transactions within Landmark Properties.

* * Duties/Responsibilities:
** The duties listed below are an outline of the Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
* Using accounting software and other tools to handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
* Analyzing workflow processes to improve efficiency.
* Maintain relationship with development team to support vendor communication regarding invoicing and payment timing.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
* Ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills while following departmental procedures.
* Processing due invoices for payments.
* Recording accounts receivable payments upon receipt
* Comparing subcontracts, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.
* Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* Proficiency in accounting software
** Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities.
*** Acumatica Experience a plus but not required
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
