Accounting Analyst

Job Description

Accountants One is working with one of Atlanta's Top Real Estate Companies looking to add an Accounting Analyst to their reporting team. This position will report to the Director of Financial Reporting. This individual will get exposure to the VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller.

• Involved with preparing monthly reporting packages, analyzing any variances with the reports, and sharing findings with key leadership.
• Work closely with the manager and director/VP to develop special reporting and utilize the accounting system to generate reports/analyze data
• Provide assistance to the manager with budgeting and quarterly forecasting of revenue.
• Assist with any special projects and work closely with the Property Controllers

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance is a must
• 1-2 years of experience
• Public Accounting a must; would consider straight out of the real estate industry for the right candidate
• CPA or CPA tracking a must
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills and Analytical thinking
• Yardi is a plus
