Responsibilities- Provide general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to a unit or office.
- Maintain electronic and record‑keeping systems.
- Conduct clerical research using a variety of resources to prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and related materials.
- Enter data, process documents, and manage records.
- Operate standard office equipment and support office operations under close supervision.
- High school diploma or GED plus 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) at an accredited college or university.
- OR one year of experience in a customer‑service setting communicating information.
- OR one year of experience as a lower‑level Customer Service Representative (GST
120) or equivalent position.
- Billing and fee collections experience in a clinical setting.
- Two years or more of front‑office registration experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Flexibility to commute between health centers and work a rotating schedule.
- Pass driving record check.
Pre‑employment drug screening, criminal background check/fingerprinting, prior employment reference check, specific immunizations, motor vehicle check, and/or education and/or licensure verification.
