Position SummaryPerform administrative and customer service-related tasks for the Transportation department to support in-office operations. Apply standard business and customer service practices with professional guidance and supervision in a small business environment with advanced computer software and customer interactions on a large scale.
Duties/Responsibilities- Answers telephone and greets visitors giving general information in response to inquiries; delivers oral and written messages. (70%)
- Performs input of received data into a computerized system. (20%)
- Other administrative tasks as assigned. (10%)
