Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant, Office Assistant
Position Summary
Provides administrative support to LLED faculty and staff including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining office supply inventory, assisting Office Manager with equipment inventory, copying/scanning, overseeing office space signage, supporting social media, and other general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing mail. Some special project work with faculty included.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum qualifications may be defined by the department based on the responsibilities of the position.
Duties / Responsibilities- General office assistance and administrative support to staff and faculty in LLED.
Basic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe softwares.
Physical DemandsSome light lifting (reorganizing office spaces and stocking supply room) required. Sitting at desk doing computer work. Walking on errands.
Driving RequirementNo. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver's license when offered employment.
Financial ResponsibilitiesNo
Work ScheduleSchedule is based on after-school hourly basis not to exceed 20 hours per week.
