ScheduleOffice hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm.
- Monday: 8:00am‑5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am‑5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am‑1:00pm
Applicants may customize hours to accommodate class schedules but must not exceed 20 hours per week.

Duties / Responsibilities- Develop an extensive knowledge of maintenance‑related tasks and delegate these tasks to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
- Have a solid understanding of the housing campus layout and property numbers.
- Assist with administrative duties and create training material for Residential Program Services facilities staff.
- Escort contractors and outside vendors to specific work areas and assist the work control manager and assistant with key control for contractors and vendors needing access to our buildings.
- Create work orders in AIM.
- Clean, wash, and maintain UGA vehicles and LSVs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
