Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to meet ACOTE Standard
A.2.8 compliance for the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program. - Assist Program Director, Coordinator of Academic Fieldwork, and Doctoral Capstone Coordinator with administrative tasks.
- Prepare and analyze materials related to program operations, generate invoices, and prepare budget-related documents.
- Maintain accurate databases; serve as liaison to internal and external constituents.
- Support accreditation-related activities for the OTD Program.
- Two years of college coursework and one year of administrative support experience, including database and customer service work.
- Equivalent directly related experience may substitute education.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Independent worker with minimal supervision and effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and institutional systems such as Canvas, Qualtrics, scheduling and calendar platforms.
- Knowledge of database and records management systems, including student information and tracking tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Professional customer service, confidentiality, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong data‑management skills: track, compile, analyze, and report information accurately.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Ability to learn student information systems (e.g., Anthology, Canvas, Qualtrics).
Criminal history required.
