International Grant Program Support SU 22/23 #1
Position Summary:
This position will provide program assistance for the three international grants that are operating April through July 17, 2022. The position will provide assistance for the grants by arranging and picking up meals and supplies, providing clerical support, collecting receipts from participants, assist with logistic planning and facilitation as directed. This position will work 10
-12 hours per week throughout the summer.
- Assist with logistics for international grant programs, including meals, lodging, travel, and program activities.
- Provide clerical support: collect and copy receipts, assist grant participants and PI/Grant Coordinator with projects.
- Other duties as assigned, including driving backups for supply or meal pickup.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
Sit at a desk for long periods of time, lift up to 35 lbs, and drive for job-related duties.
