As we enter this exciting new chapter, we are seeking an experienced, driven Used Car Manager to help build and lead a high-performing pre-owned department.

• Managing all aspects of the used vehicle department, including inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and sales performance
• Sourcing and purchasing quality pre-owned inventory through auctions, trades, and direct purchases
• Analyzing market trends to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability
• Partnering with the sales and finance teams to drive volume, gross, and turn objectives
• Managing inventory levels, aging, and reconditioning processes
• Coaching and developing the sales team to improve used vehicle performance
• Ensuring excellent lot presentation and online merchandising standards
• Driving used car department growth under new ownership leadership

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or Assistant Used Car Manager
• Strong track record of achieving used vehicle sales and gross profit goals
• Experience sourcing vehicles through auctions, trades, and inventory management tools
• Knowledge of vAuto, inventory management, and CRM/DMS systems preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a department
• High energy, accountability, and results-driven attitude
