• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating user needs into actionable features.
• Lead design sprints and discovery processes to validate customer requirements.
• Deliver impactful customer‑facing onboarding features that improve adoption, satisfaction, and conversion.
• Stabilize and optimize agile workflows with clear sprint goals and prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and customer support units.
• Drive continuous improvement, reducing rework and accelerating time‑to‑market.
• Serve as the central interface bridging business, UX, and technology teams.
• Provide strategic influence through close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile product development.
• Strong user‑centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into validated use cases.
• Expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience running design sprints and using user story mapping.
• Technical understanding of frontend interactions and API‑driven architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, international teams.
• Strong decision‑making, ownership, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
